VENDORS TERMS AND CONDITIONS

EVENT SPACE
No smoking except in designated areas. The use of candles, naked flames, coals, coffee machines, and heat emanating devices is strictly forbidden, unless previous approval from the Event Producer.
 

BOOTH SPACE
M2L will allocate to the Participant an undressed booth space consisting of the description shared in the booking form. M2L reserves the right to determine the visual elements of that space and extra furnishings deemed inappropriate or unsuitable.

ASSIGNMENT
Participants must not assign, sublet or share the whole or any part of the booth space in the event to a third party without M2L's prior written consent.

EVENT HOURS
Access to the site will be allowed within hours in coordination with the site management team. All booths must be open for the full duration of the event.

DELIVERY, SETUP AND REMOVAL
Participants are responsible for the prompt delivery, setup, and removal of all event items. In the event that a participant
fails to occupy their allocated booth space by the event opening time, M2L may cause the booth to be occupied in the manner it deems appropriate for the interests of the event and without releasing the participant from any liability under the agreement.

STAFF
At least one member of staff must man the booth at any given time that the booth is open.

AMENITY
The participant must ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of their allocated booths. Participants must not display any
items in any area that will obstruct or affect neighboring participants.

OPERATIONAL OPENING TIMES
It is mandatory for a vendor to be open on time at Winterfest. The hours of operation are not indicative and we
have to ensure that the look of the festival is seamless. Vendors may NOT close their booths before 10PM weekdays
and 12AM weekends. Failure to comply may result in disqualification from the event.

WITHDRAWAL
If a participant withdraws within 30 days of the event, the participant forfeits the entire participation fee. If a
participant withdraws from the event, M2L will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the
withdrawal.

SECURITY DEPOSIT

By paying a security deposit of 5,000 AED, you agree to the following terms and conditions for reserving a spot at Winter District:

1. Security Deposit:

   • The security deposit of 5,000 AED is required to reserve your spot at Winter District.

   • This security deposit is fully refundable and will be returned to the vendor within 30 days after the event, provided that:

     • There are no damages or excessive wear and tear to the allocated space.

     • All terms and conditions of this agreement are adhered to.

2. Cancellation Policy:

   • In the event of cancellation, the security deposit will not be refunded if the cancellation is made less than 30 days prior to the event.

   • If the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the event, the security deposit will be refunded in full.

3. Payment of Base Rent:

   • The payment of the base rent for your allocated space at Winter District is a separate requirement and must be paid in accordance with the terms specified in your rental agreement.

   • Failure to pay the base rent in a timely manner may result in the forfeiture of your security deposit and the cancellation of your reservation.

4. Use of Space:

   • Vendors are expected to use the allocated space responsibly and in accordance with the event guidelines provided by Winter District organizers.

   • Any damages or excessive wear and tear to the space caused by the vendor may result in deductions from the security deposit.

5. Security Deposit Refund Process:

   • To request the refund of your security deposit, please contact Winter District organizers within 15 days after the conclusion of the event.

   • The security deposit refund will be processed within 30 days of receiving a formal request and after a thorough inspection of the allocated space.
